All our e-bikes are created at the company’s headquarters in Ząbki near Warsaw. It is a product made in 100% in Poland. We use tried and tested domestic and foreign production components. All our products are characterized by the highest quality of workmanship, components with the highest technical parameters, tested in terms of strength and safety of use. We use components tested in downhill, dirt and freeride sports. We focus on the components we use to make our e-bikes as durable (and not as light as possible).

Battery life:

Cell manufacturers on average specify that for 800 charging cycles, the cell will not lose more than 20% of its performance. We assume on average that we can travel 100-150km on one charge. We assume in the calculation the battery consumption at the highest currents – which in theory affects its largest and fastest consumption.

From simple mathematics – the battery will not lose more than 20% of its capacity when it passes above 80,000 – 120,000km.

We would like to remind you that we are talking about the course of e-bikes – not the car mileage. In what time we are able to do 80,000km for e-bikes, everyone has to answer for themselves … however, our first customers this year reach 7 years to run 27 000km and … our batteries are still like new. We use only brand new battery cells form manufacturer: Samsung, LG, Sanyo, Sony, Panasonic etc

Declared range on one charge:

The minimum range specified in our example configurations is the range when traveling “zero-one mode” – means in a style where all the energy flowing from the battery we devote to the development of full acceleration time and again, breaking only when we are forced to do.

The maximum range specified in the example configuration – is the range that we are able to achieve on flat terrain, with windless weather, supporting e-bike with its pedaling at a speed of about 30km / h, with a user’s weight of about 75kg.

We do not provide maximum coverage with support below 30 km/h – assuming that none of our clients is going to move at these speeds 😉
The ranges below these speeds will certainly be greater – however, we leave them to each client individually … with the excess of free time.

Charging time:

Most of our sample configurations are equipped with quick chargers as standard. However, for each option we are able to equip every configuration with an even faster charger. However, keeping in mind your current installation in the house / apartment / office, please contact us to determine whether your installation will be able to maintain their functionality. We provide all information in this topic by phone at the stage of ordering.

Time of production:

Each e-bike is a brand new product, which is made at the customer’s request. We strive to ensure that our e-bikes are delivered to customers as quickly as possible, however the assumed delivery time includes a safe time margin for both parties. We inform you about the current implementation time at the stage of ordering.

How to order an e-bike:

After selecting your sample configuration or individual order, please send your pre-invoice details(full name, address and contact) to Pre-invoice will be based on 50% of the total value of the order. After receiving the payment on our account, we start the production process. We accept payment by direct transfer (on IBAN) or in cash in our office. We do not accept PayPal transfers. If you have any questions about financing (leasing for companies, vat, taxes etc.) please contact with us directly.

Preview of works:

The production process is time-consuming and complicated, however, each of our clients has the opportunity to preview the process of creating their e-bike, through access to the internal system for our customers. Each customer receives access via login and password, with the ability to constantly preview the progress of work on the ordered e-bike.

Internal tests:

Every e-bike before the release for client, is thoroughly tested by us in the conditions it was created for. We have your safety in mind, which is why all tests are aimed at eliminating initial stresses, reaching the brake and testing by thermal imaging cameras.

The release of the finished e-bike:

After the production is finished by our company, a invoice  is issued to the earlier pre-invoice. In the case of shipping or delivery to the customer, the invoice may also include its cost. The invoice can be paid in cash or by direct transfer to your account. In the case of a transfer to the account, the e-bike will be released only after receiving direct transfer on the account.

International shipping:

We are able to deliver all our e-bikes throughout Europe and neighboring countries. The shipping cost is an additional cost and is calculated at the stage of placing the order by the customer. The average shipping cost in Europe is 350-550 € . We use the services of proven international carriers. All e-bikes are sent by insured and registered shipments with the tracking number. We also allow shipment via the customer’s side. Depending on the weight of the e-bike, it is sent in a carton or in a wooden frame.

  • Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Belarus, Ukraine – 350 €
  • United Kingdom, Ireland – 450 €
  • Norway, Sweden, Finland – 550 € – up to the height of the Arctic Circle, 650 € – above the Arctic Circle
  • Iceland – 800 €
  • Other European countries – 450 €
